The current Theta Chi chapter house has been home since 1975. In 2011, through careful assessment and planning, the Gamma Tau alumni leadership determined that it was necessary to tear down the current chapter house and rebuild to ensure a safe and modernize facility for current and future undergraduates, and with a capital campaign fundraising effort, the chapter will see its dream of a new home come to fruition.
